The fitness area has been carefully designed so that guests can work out while gazing at the blue sea in an air-conditioned room flooded with natural light. Technogym's equipment creates the perfect environment for an excellent wellness program in order to train the whole body in a balanced way.
For cardio training, the offer includes two tapis roulant, a multifunctional spin bike, and an elliptical trainer. For strength and functional training, there is a cable station that combines strength exercises with core stability exercises, making each session safe, effective, comfortable, and suitable for all fitness levels.
To make the experience even more engaging, a visual totem with a monitor, a range of fitness accessories, and the Technogym app allow you to program your workouts guided by a virtual coach, monitor your progress smoothly, and follow a training program both in the fitness center and in the privacy of your own room.
